In Short

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs focused on engineering operations, infrastructure, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with the Prod Dev strategy and engineering priorities.
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering operations and productivity.
• Facilitate technical decision-making processes and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Lead incident management processes and implement improvements as needed.
• Support the Product Development department operationally as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with 5 years focusing on engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational monitoring.
• Experience in change management in a software development environment.
