Overview

PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Growth Account Executive with experience selling SaaS products to Enterprise accounts. In this role, you will report to a Regional Sales Director. We are seeking a dynamic sales champion who not only embraces technology but also knows how to excel while doing it!

In Short

  • Sell SaaS products to Enterprise accounts.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Focus on value selling and customer-centric sales experiences.
  • Conduct effective conversations with senior-level executives.
  • Negotiate positive business outcomes with customers.
  • Utilize historical data and market trends for sales strategies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Travel expectations around 30%.
  • Participate in a hybrid workplace model.
  • Base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years field sales experience, preferably in software sales / SaaS sales.
  • 4-6 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts.
  • Experience with Enterprise Account Management for $500M+ companies.
  • Strong presentation skills tailored to audience interests.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Effective time management and complex deal management skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans based on customer needs.
  • Experience in multi-product selling environments.
  • Ability to build genuine connections with customers.
