PadSplit is expanding its Sales team to connect new partners to its platform, aiming to unlock more affordable housing opportunities across the country.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify new prospects from inbound and outbound leads.
  • Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Deliver tailored pitches demonstrating PadSplit’s impact.
  • Host presentations for real estate investors.
  • Maintain accurate deal flow in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Share customer insights to refine sales strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales.
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based outreach.
  • Skilled in managing data within Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Strong relationship building with small to mid-market clients.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in real estate and housing innovation.
  • Embodies values of compassion, integrity, and strong work ethic.
  • Bonus: Experience in real estate investment or startup sales.
