In Short

  • Generate leads by engaging institutional clients in the APAC region.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects for staking solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation.
  • Maintain records of activities in our CRM and report on lead generation progress.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the tech or finance sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals, around $1 million+ USD.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach to C-level executives.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics.
  • Highly self-organized and able to maintain a high work tempo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance in Japan market.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
  • Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
  • Good to have if you're a fluent Mandarin speaker.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
  • Highly self-organized and disciplined.
  • Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
