In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Support customers with onboarding and staking processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Share customer feedback with marketing for strategy shaping.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or relevant background.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong sense of autonomy and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to work on a “two in, two out” 12-hour shift schedule.
