In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
  • Act as the customers’ main point of contact.
  • Support customers with onboarding and staking setup.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Share customer feedback with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong sense of autonomy.
  • Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to work on a “two in, two out” 12-hour shift schedule.
