We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across tasks, schedules, and communications.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Strong skills in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Experience in financial tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Must reside in the Philippines or Latin America.
  • Stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation required.
