As a leading service provider for company bicycles in Austria, we are growing as part of the Bikeleasing Group. We are seeking a full-time Finance & Administration Assistant to support our accounting team and Managing Director.

In Short

  • Support the accounting team in Germany with preparatory accounting tasks.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payments.
  • Optimize workflows and processes as the first person in this area.
  • Assist the Managing Director with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Act as the point of contact for administration and organization in Austria.

Requirements

  • Experience in the finance sector with knowledge of relevant accounting parameters.
  • A commercial education, ideally in finance, or a comparable degree.
  • Familiarity with Austrian legal requirements and regulations.
  • Pragmatic and efficient thinking to optimize processes.
  • Structured and organized work style, reliable in task execution.
