Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Coordinator to manage and oversee financial operations, including high-volume payroll, accounting processes, and reporting.

In Short

  • Oversee and execute high-volume payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain and manage general accounting functions.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Assist with audits and preparation of supporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial controls.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume payroll operations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
