Director of Product Support & Customer Service - Remote

• Seeking a visionary leader for the Director of Product Support & Customer Service role.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for product support and customer service.
• Oversee technical publications and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Manage warranty programs and supplier relationships.
• Design and implement customer support programs.
• Ensure all aftermarket operations meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation of tools for product tracking and support analytics.
• Define and measure KPIs for service performance improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in product support or customer service, preferably in business aviation.
• Experience in building and scaling operations for new aircraft programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FAA, EASA).
• Proven track record in supplier and MRO management.
