Sales Manager - Residential Solar Solutions - Remote

Overview

Otovo is looking for a motivated Sales Manager with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions. This is a full-time position, fully remote within the Netherlands, focused on driving successful sales of residential solar solutions.

In Short

• Actively acquire and manage private customers (B2C)
• Advise customers on solar solutions via phone and video calls
• Guide customers through the digital sales and contracting process
• Prepare and present customized offers
• Build and maintain a customer network
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team
• Use modern sales tools to optimize performance
• Track and improve results based on KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch market
• Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation
• Structured, independent, and proactive working style
