• Manage overdue customer accounts
• Contact customers regarding payments

• Process payments and support cash allocation

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in collections or accounts receivable
• Fluency in French and English
• Basic understanding of collection processes
• Confident with Excel; ERP experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and structured working style
• Customer-focused mindset
