Overview

We are seeking an experience Sales Manager to join our team working with our suite of Living and Residential software solutions. The Sales Manager leads a regional or segment-based team responsible for driving revenue growth, client retention, and market penetration.

In Short

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives and/or Account Managers.
  • Drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Manage pipeline generation and sales performance.
  • Support deal strategy and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze team performance metrics for improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage for forecasting.
  • Facilitate ongoing sales training and development.

  • Work remotely from anywhere for two weeks a year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Expertise in real estate or PropTech.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals.
  • Ability to sell to C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional executive presence.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Track record of driving product adoption.
