Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • RIBO licence, AMF or other National License.
  • Minimum ten years’ experience in insurance underwriting, sales, and service.
  • Five years in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and risk management skills.
  • Experience in regional operations and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of home & auto insurance market trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple business functions.
