Regional Vice President | West Region - Remote

Overview

Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to support our portfolio companies across the West region, driving financial performance and organizational leadership.

In Short

• Oversee financial performance and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize key business KPIs.
• Develop and adhere to quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Identify firm growth initiatives and prioritize them.
• Standardize processes across service lines to improve efficiency.
• Foster regional relationships for M&A opportunities.
• Establish cultural and human capital to support brand ethos.
• Implement change management to ensure smooth integrations.
• Establish performance standards across the organization.
• Full-time remote position with a preference for candidates near major airports in the West region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• CPA, MBA, Consulting or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting firms, preferably PE-backed.
• Proven track record of growth.
• Experience in multiple business units.
