Overview

As a Practice Operations Partner at Osmind, you will be a vital part of our specialized Customer Success team, serving as the primary operational liaison between our clinicians and Osmind offerings, focusing on optimizing practice workflows and ensuring smooth adoption of our EHR and RCM services.

In Short

  • Serve as a trusted operational advisor for clinical practices.
  • Assist in understanding and optimizing workflows supported by EHR and RCM tools.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, and RCM teams.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions focused on operational excellence.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to drive product adoption.
  • Partner with practices on expansion opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback for continuous product enhancement.
  • Track and report improvements in practice performance metrics.
  • Operate autonomously and manage time effectively.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare practice operations.
  • Direct experience with RCM processes and EHR systems.
  • Proven track record in customer success or practice consulting.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying operational concepts.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in software platforms for communication and reporting.
  • A patient-first mindset with a passion for improving workflows.
