Overview

The Customer Experience Associate at Osmind will play a crucial role in driving customer support for our upgraded EHR platform and managed healthcare services, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

In Short

  • Drive customer support for EHR platform and managed services.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues with EHR functionality.
  • Assist customers in optimizing EHR features.
  • Collaborate on service updates and process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and vendor support.
  • Maintain case documentation and update knowledge base.
  • Provide suggestions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work 9 am - 5 pm PT, Monday - Friday.
  • 1+ year experience in customer support or success role.
  • Experience with healthcare software such as EMRs.
  • Passion for improving mental healthcare access and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience using a ticketing system.
