Requirements

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Willingness to obtain cross-state licensure.
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in transitional nursing or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to evaluate cost-effective care options.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • US work authorization.
