Overview

As a PBM Client Experience Manager at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of PBM clients through effective service operations and support.

In Short

  • Manage client support and service operations for PBM clients.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and documentation requests.
  • Facilitate ID card changes and reporting.
  • Participate in external-facing meetings.
  • Resolve claims issues and manage eligibility adds/terminations.
  • Provide member support and facilitate overrides.
  • Ensure compliance with service warranties.
  • Travel up to 10% as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall mission of transforming health care.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pharmacy-related work experience.
  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Preferred: Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
