Overview

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will be the go-to person for everything related to learning, growth, and capability building across the company, designing and delivering programs that make a difference in a fully remote tech startup.

In Short

• Design and run learning programs for employee development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• University degree in a related field.
• Certified Business Coach or Mediator.
• Proven track record in designing impactful learning programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German (C1+).
