Overview

Orca is seeking a Paralegal to work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and other legal team members in a dynamic and mission-driven environment focused on decentralized finance.

In Short

• Draft, review, and revise contracts.
• Serve as a legal liaison across departments.
• Participate in meetings with external counsel.
• Support compliance initiatives.
• Conduct legal research and prepare documentation.
• Assist with corporate development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for the Chief Legal Officer.
• Assist with various legal and administrative matters.

Requirements

• Prior in-house or law firm paralegal experience.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professionalism and proactive problem-solving.
• Interest in corporate or crypto-related law.
