Overview

Orca is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to join our remote team full-time. This role requires strong QuickBooks skills and a genuine interest in working at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto.

In Short

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
  • Record, categorize, and reconcile fiat and crypto transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reporting
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll support
  • Assist with expense tracking, budgeting, and tax preparation
  • Perform administrative duties including scheduling and email management
  • Support compliance efforts and internal process improvement

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and general bookkeeping
  • Solid understanding of crypto basics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and accountable with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work full-time during US business hours
  • A genuine passion for learning and taking ownership of your work
