Overview

As a Product Analyst at Orca, you will play a crucial role in shaping product decisions through data analytics and insights. You will be responsible for developing metrics, dashboards, and reports that guide the organization's roadmap and foster a data-driven culture.

In Short

• Serve as the go-to data expert, developing and maintaining critical metrics and dashboards.
• Define and monitor key KPIs, proactively flagging risks or opportunities.
• Design event taxonomies and document data contracts with Engineering.
• Build and maintain dashboards for daily use across the organization.
• Generate clear insight reports to drive decisions at all levels.
• Champion data-driven thinking and mentor future analysts.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product or growth data analysis.
• Mastery of SQL and proficiency in Python/R.
• Portfolio of production dashboards and metrics frameworks.
• Fluency in funnel, cohort, retention, and experiment analysis.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Curiosity about DeFi and willingness to learn about Solana.
