Overview

The Product Analyst will act as a Business Product owner and/or Business Analyst within the BSA, Sanctions, or Payments initiative inside the FCRM organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business process design and solution definition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in Product owner/business analyst roles.
• Flexibility to work in global time zones.
• Experience in developing end-to-end digital solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML disciplines.
• Hands-on knowledge in various compliance operations.
• Experience with Agile framework and tools like Jira.
• Proficiency in drafting backlogs and planning metrics.
• Hands-on experience in technical tools related to FCRM.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking operations.
