UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–7 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance design solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and simple user interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Experience in working with Agile development teams.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design feasibility discussions.
• Experience in creating design systems and working with component libraries.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Exposure to data visualization or dashboard design.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality.
