Overview

As a trial-focused Paralegal at The Tinstman Law Firm, you will be our go-to resource for ensuring every legal “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed before stepping foot in the courtroom.

In Short

• Gather, index, and maintain all medical records, exhibits, and evidence for upcoming trials.
• Ensure trial binders are complete, accurate, and accessible for attorneys.
• Attend trials to support attorneys with in-court logistics and documentation.
• Monitor active cases and flag potential issues or deadlines early.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to optimize trial workflows.
• Utilize case management software to maintain comprehensive records.
• Communicate with clients to gather crucial case information.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation (personal injury or medical malpractice a plus).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent); Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Detail orientation and organizational mastery.
• Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions proactively.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and document drafting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Miami/South Florida approximately 90% of the time.
• Excited to collaborate with an incoming Office Manager.
