In Short

• Request, track, and organize medical records and bills from providers and vendors.
• Draft preliminary interrogatory responses and requests for production.
• Compile medical records and bills and assist in drafting demand letters.
• Schedule depositions and case events; assist with document production.
• Maintain proactive contact with clients to gather updates.
• Maintain organized case files and notes in Clio and internal document systems.
• Manage deadlines and high-volume case tasks.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of legal experience with personal injury cases.
• Proficiency in Clio, Microsoft Office, and Gmail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills for managing high volume and strict deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and team.
• Initiative to address issues and propose solutions independently.
