Overview

The Head of Market Access will lead the development and execution of the U.S. market access strategy for Orca-T and future pipeline products, playing a critical role in ensuring patient access to innovative therapies.

In Short

  • Develop and own the U.S. market access strategy for Orca-T.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Regulatory teams.
  • Define payer evidence needs and economic models.
  • Lead launch readiness planning for Orca-T.
  • Directly lead and develop a team of leaders.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee access tactics including payer engagement and prior authorization strategies.
  • Partner with trade to optimize logistics for cell therapy delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in market access activities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of U.S. market access or pricing experience in biopharma.
  • Expertise in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy preferred.
  • Proven leadership in launching complex therapies.
  • Experience managing pricing and access strategy functions.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
