In Short

  • Manage customer relationships post-contract signing
  • Forecast renewals with high accuracy
  • Conduct Health Checks and Business Reviews
  • Engage with Product on customer requests
  • Understand customer requirements and advise on opportunities
  • Become an expert on the Orb platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in high growth SaaS and/or B2B startups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures and data infrastructure technologies
  • Experience managing several personae within an account
  • Curious and politely persistent
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful Business Reviews
  • Familiarity with billing platforms/systems is a plus
  • Functional knowledge of SQL is also a plus
