Overview

This role offers an opportunity to work in the Banking Consulting team with Oracle’s next-generation banking products, applying technology knowledge and skills to provide support and problem-solving for enterprise clients.

In Short

• Primary point of contact for Enterprise clients.
• Provide support for FLEXCUBE/OFSLL products.
• Perform incident analysis and diagnosis.

Requirements

• 2+ years as L2 application support engineer for Banking applications.
• Experience in issue tracking and resolution.
• Knowledge of SQL and UNIX.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Understanding of Core Banking.
• Experience with web services.
• Customer-friendly communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs.
• Master’s in computer application or relevant degree.
