In Short

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Create and maintain HR policies that comply with U.S. and international labor regulations.
• Champion employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Administer and enhance performance review processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee learning and training programs.
• Support the development of internal pay structures and salary bands.
• Conduct market benchmarking for equitable compensation practices.
• Administer benefits programs and collaborate with vendors.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure accuracy across international pay systems.
• Partner with Finance and Operations for compliant onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation.
• Familiarity with job architecture and pay equity analysis.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team culture.
