Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to lead our HR functions and drive the talent and culture strategy at Optimum7. This pivotal role will focus on cultivating a thriving workplace environment, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with international and domestic employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR management experience, preferably with a focus on digital marketing or eCommerce sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and experience navigating international HR policies.
• Strong proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Experience in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll management.
