Overview

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with benefits administration
Respond to HR inquiries and provide employee support
Gather and analyze HR data for management reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

Knowledge of HR processes and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Associate’s degree plus 1-2 years of HR experience
Any HR Certification is a plus
