HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

United Ag & Turf NE is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator that is responsible for supporting the HR department with daily operations, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

In Short

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with benefits administration
• Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
• Gather and analyze HR data and prepare reports and presentations for HR management
• Assist in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR processes and policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Any HR Certification will be a plus
