Overview

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in contributing to SEEK’s headcount expansion in the region, managing recruitment processes, payroll preparation, and supporting HRIS implementation.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Support payroll preparation and taxation issues.
  • Participate in HRIS implementation.
  • Maintain accurate personal records.

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance.
  • Detail-minded and responsible.
  • Proactive and able to multitask.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Passionate about technology.
  • Subject-matter expert in direct sourcing.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
