Overview

The Optimal HR Group is seeking Technical Support Representatives for a leading telecommunications company, serving both residential and corporate clients.

In Short

• Full-time position, 5 days a week, with rotating shifts.

• Resolve customer technical issues related to fixed telephony, IPTV, Email, and Internet.
• Manage faults and provide continuous updates to customers on technical issues.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of telecommunications and networking.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows environment (MS Office).
• High level of communication skills.
• Good command of the English language (oral/written).
• Familiarity with Oracle Siebel.
• Degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in a call center is appreciated.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
