Overview

The Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking Technical Support Representatives for Mobile Devices for remote employment.

In Short

• Full-time position, 5 days a week, with rotating hours.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on mobile phones and tablets.
• Checking and confirming the operation of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks using appropriate tools and systems.
• Troubleshooting on functional Android and iOS (including settings, software updates, and applications).
• Incident management and recording in the system.
• Continuous updating of customers on the progress of their technical issues.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of telecommunications and networking issues.
• Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment (MS Office).
• High level of communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the Oracle Siebel program.
• Degree in computer science/networking or a related field.
• Previous experience in a call center is appreciated.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
