In Short

• Draft, negotiate, and close a wide variety of agreements.
• Provide risk-weighted advice to business leaders.
• Collaborate on international hiring, fundraising, and compliance.
• Update templates and forms for legal compliance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A law degree and a license to practice law.
