Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

OpenZeppelin is seeking an experienced, customer-facing Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering on time to join the Security Research team and take ownership of the entire security audit delivery process.

In Short

• Own and nurture relationships with OpenZeppelin’s client base.
• Establish trusted relationships with each client to drive continued value from our products and services.
• Lead client kick-off meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all communications.
• Manage scope creep and ensure project scope remains controlled.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end process of client deliveries.
• Collaborate with Security Research team leaders to manage quality control.
• Automate and enhance the delivery process using internal tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar roles.
• Advanced English level and great communication skills.
• Passion about the blockchain space and decentralization.
• Technical background comfortable with reviewing code.
• Superb organization and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools.
