Overview

The Account Manager will play a critical role on the Publisher Development team at OpenX, responsible for managing publisher accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and integrations.

In Short

  • Own a book of publisher accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with Business Development team for performance and revenue forecasts.
  • Identify and solve performance issues with the Support team.
  • Maintain relationships with publisher contacts and senior execs.
  • Conduct QBRs and strategy meetings.
  • Be an expert in OpenX's publisher platform and product suite.
  • Support Buyer Development team in PMP proposals.
  • Provide feedback on market and product opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech and programmatic industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Powerpoint.
  • Experience with ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, CRMs is a plus.
  • French speaking is highly desirable.
