Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large-scale enterprise accounts across Europe and APAC.

In Short

  • Identify and target high-value enterprise accounts across Europe and APAC.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Onboard new and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Nurture and engage accounts to establish long-term relationships.
  • Handle complex enterprise objections.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports in CRM.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Document and optimize sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of selling high-value solutions.
  • Experience managing large accounts preferred.
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and Dutch preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
