In Short

  • Engage with enterprise clients and assist them with their short-term and long-term business requirements.
  • Cross-sell & Up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.
  • Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs.
  • Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity.
