The VP of Technical Program Management at Ontic will build and lead a new function that ensures effective product and engineering execution across a globally distributed organization, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about developing people and high-performance culture.
• Willingness to travel regularly to India.
