Requirements

  • 10+ years of retail sales and operations experience.
  • 5+ years handling negotiations and contracts.
  • Advanced data analytics and retail execution experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition.
  • Must reside in the United States.
