In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct frequent reviews to assess customer satisfaction and risks.
  • Maintain healthy customer engagement levels.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for successful client engagements.
  • Meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.
  • Partner with onboarding teams to ensure new customers achieve key milestones.
  • Assist with contract renewals and identify risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Document all communication accurately and timely.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and access to support tools.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Integrity, creativity, and high standards.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers at the executive level.
