Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Account Director to oversee talent-related workflows across one of our key accounts, PepsiCo. This role sits within the Rights Consultancy team and offers the unique opportunity to work with high profile talent teams across major rights holder properties, such as the UEFA Champions League, Women’s Champions League and Women’s EURO.

In Short

  • Oversee talent-related workflows for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with high-profile talent teams.
  • Manage talent approvals and production logistics.
  • Participate in project discussions and market activation plans.
  • Coordinate approvals leading to production efforts.
  • Provide creative evaluation for talent efforts.

  • Manage junior team members and support their growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in entertainment and/or sports marketing.
  • Strong presentation and packaging skills.
  • Ability to compile and summarize data.
  • Knowledge of entertainment and sports culture.
  • Experience in production shoots or events.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching junior team members.
  • Self-starter with a can-do spirit.
