Overview

As a Sr BDR, this position will drive accelerated growth of Omada within our key alliance partners specific to a health plan and/or PBM partnership.

In Short

  • Drive sales growth within key health plan and PBM partnerships.
  • Utilize existing relationships to drive enterprise sales of virtual care solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop business development strategies.
  • Execute strategies to enhance buy-up sales efficiency.
  • Build trust and relationships with health plan and PBM leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration across sales and account management teams.
  • Represent Omada at industry functions for relationship development.
  • Develop sales/account management relationship maps.
  • Conduct training and webinars for health plan partnership teams.
  • Understand health plan/PBM partnership needs for effective sales.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in virtual care or similar solution development.
  • Experience with large employers, health plans, and health systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Established contacts within the healthcare community.
  • Ability to close sales from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Team player with a focus on exceeding objectives.
  • Knowledge of payer Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Experience communicating clinical data for sales purposes.
  • Authentic and trusted relationship builder.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
