Overview

The Regional Key Account Manager – PNW + NorCal will be responsible for taking ownership of all PNW + NorCal Regional Accounts: Save Mart, Raley’s, New Season, PCC, Nugget, Mollie Stones, etc. They will foster relationship growth and trust with our Category Managers to help drive increased revenue growth and profitability, while collaborating with the broader OLIPOP team.

In Short

  • Responsible for all aspects of business related to all PNW + NorCal Regional Accounts
  • Create the strategy for all promotional PNW + NorCal Regional Accounts
  • Lead new item/innovation presentations to retailers
  • Gain new distribution and manage customer onboarding
  • Create strategy for field teams and partners
  • Monitor POs and evaluate route to market
  • Monthly meetings with Demand Planner and Ops team
  • Drive strategies using syndicated data and insights
  • Work with trade marketing for brand awareness
  • Manage broker partner relationships
  • Report to Director of Sales West
  • Create presentations for leadership
  • Occasional travel required

Requirements

  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Negotiation capabilities
  • Analytical skills with data insights
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Competence in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CPG industry
  • Trade & Promotional experience
  • Broker Management Experience
  • Ability to communicate goals clearly
  • Flexible working hours
  • Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
