Overview

Our Client, a multinational company operating within the chemical industry (adhesives), is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead strategical and tactical initiatives in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

In Short

  • Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts.
  • Implement the European segment strategy at Key Partners.
  • Plan and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners.
  • Build and lead accounts and annual budget targets.
  • Lead the strategic development of Key Accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage projects.
  • Utilize marketing to grow partner presence.
  • Work closely with Nordic Sales Manager and team.
  • Self-motivated with a structured approach.
  • Excellent language skills in Norwegian/Swedish/Danish and English.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Expert negotiator.
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities.
  • Agile approach and open-mindedness.
  • Self-motivated with home-based work.
  • Ready to travel for up to 50 days a year.
