Overview

The Director of Sales, Club will be responsible for taking ownership of our Club strategy, managing our Costco & BJ’s Wholesale business, and building relationships with our Buyers across the country to drive revenue growth and profitability.

In Short

  • Responsible for all aspects of business related to Costco & BJ’s.
  • Manage the club channel’s cost and pricing strategy.
  • Create cost-effective retailer promotional plans for Costco and BJ’s Wholesale.
  • Lead new item/innovation presentations to Costco and BJ’s.
  • Work with commercialization team on product development.
  • Report weekly to SVP of Sales on retailer status.
  • Create presentations on key account priorities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts with Demand Planner and Ops team.
  • Represent OLIPOP at tradeshows and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management within CPG/retail.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the club channel and CPG industry.
  • Experience partnering with Costco headquarters.
  • Strong sales skills aligned with strategic goals.
  • Passionate about OLIPOP and its mission.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Competence in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel.
  • Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
